Overcoming Challenges.
Challenges are always unique and they always need a creative solution to break the ceiling and come out of it. “Continuously striving to finish before deadlines and choosing the best rhythm to optimize efficiency”, is one of the vision statements of the Aditya Birla Group. And it is not only the groups I believe; every single person should strive to achieve one’s goal by continuously facing the challenges thrown and tackling it effectively. To help reach the zenith, where it stands today, its thousands and thousands of people behind the brand name of the Aditya Birla Group. These people have truly broken out of their comfort zone to contribute to the success of the business conglomerate.
It's one such challenge, that I have faced in my life and came out of it effectively. This is the story that tells the plot before the interview and the story mentioned above. Clearing the cut-offs of a B-School entrance examination is in itself one mammoth task and I have failed in my previous attempt to clear the cut off for the Common Admission Test (CAT). I had always been bad with reasoning comprehension and it costed me largely in the various B-School examinations last year. I analyzed the area of difficulty and spotted the needle in the haystack. I consistently gave in my effort and read 8-10 articles daily to improve my comprehension and finally able to break the ceiling above me and flagged the success with waving colors.
As aptly quoted by Thomas Edison “Genius is one percent inspiration and 99% perspiration”. Without hard work and commitment, one cannot achieve success in life. And similarly, its thousands and
thousands of brilliant and creative minds who have been consistent in their effort to make the Aditya Birla Group one of the biggest conglomerates in India.
