Introducing my crazy classmates
Eeshan Anshul: The name Eeshan should be made a synonym for ‘jugaad’. He is the go-to person for any kind of quick fix. There was one particular incident when he started out planning a trip to Kodaikanal. He bought three tickets for four people to travel from Bangalore. Pulling this off would have been a big feat in itself in my opinion. Eeshan, however, decided to take five other people who wanted to go visit Kodaikanal. How he managed to do this is a mystery to me to this day
Marina John: Marina is a pretty level-headed person on most days. But she has her bouts of madness. There was an instance when she was stranded in the middle of nowhere about 100 km away from home with no bags, wallets or any form of sustenance. Any normal person would have a panic attack, but not Marina. She very coolly flags a scary looking truck and hitchhikes her way home.
Roopali Sharma: It was during the last few days in Bangalore. She was out with my friends at her favourite hangout spot. The nostalgia for the place had already begun to kick in but in a bid for creating an unforgettable memory with the place her friend dared her to a sing for open mic. I must mention here that Rupali is, mildly put, a terrible singer. And her choice of song was "Raja raja " in front of a full house in one her most favourite places and the worst thing the hotel people put up the snippet of the gig on their facebook page for her crazy to live on forever.
Arimardhan Bora: This is a story of when Arimardhan visited Ladak. He and his friend rented two Royal Enfield bikes in preparation for the trip. It is necessary to mention here that Arimardhan doesn’t know how to ride a bike. So he found a stranger to teach him the basics. Just a few days before the trip his friend injured himself. Instead of cancelling the trip, Arimardhan decided to take the trip with the stranger who taught him to ride the bike.
