Thus, amongst all the big brands and companies I have interacted with in past, ABG is undoubtedly the best and most faithful brand which I happily endorse.
My parents have always taught me to never give up on what you aspire to achieve. They have also taught me the importance of struggle and resilience in a person’s life. After graduating from college (BE, Electronics and Communication Engineering), I secured a job at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Kolkata. Though IT was not my domain of expertise, the industry attracted me with its lucrative growth opportunities. The initial days were very difficult, trying to catch-up with others, and learning new things at the same time. I never gave up and decided to tackle one hurdle at a time. To overcome my fear of coding, I started interacting with my mentors as much as possible, clearing all the doubts and queries in each interaction. At the same time, I spent my personal time at home designing and developing mock applications to implement the knowledge which I was gathering and was not getting to implement at work. This exercise really helped me improve my coding skills and also resulted in me getting special recognition from our clients for my performance at work.
I believe that ambitions should always evolve with us as humans. After spending time in the IT industry, I found that I could further sharpen my managerial skills to contribute more to my employers and clients. Since I did not have any managerial experience, I decided to opt for an MBA program from a premier Institute so that I could learn from the best and amongst the best in the country. I decided to appear for CAT examination. To achieve this goal I spent most of my time at home studying and improving my verbal skills which I lacked. Making sure that my preparation did not hinder my performance, I achieved my goal when I joined IIM Raipur in June, 2018.
