How did I overcome challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far?
I have faced many rejections or failures in life. Be it getting good marks in my high school or getting into a good graduation college or scoring well in my graduation exams. In the beginning, I used to get very demotivated and disheartened by my failures and couldn’t learn from them. But slowly and steadily, I started to look beyond the failures and look them as stepping stones of success and have tried no never commit those mistakes again. And I also have started to learn from other’s mistakes so that it benefit me even further. This has helped me greatly and has been an integral part of what I have achieved today.
Along with this I even had stage fear and had fear of public speaking during my school days. It prevented me from speaking up and interacting with the people around me. But during my graduation, I was part of many group projects, internships and assignments in which we had to do a lot of presentations and extempore speaking. Along with this, I had to interact with a lot of people and manage a lot of different teams under various projects during my tenure as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in one of the largest automobile manufacturing firms of the country. All these small yet significant steps taken by me during my life have been extremely fruitful and have helped me improve the personality that has benefitted me and will hopefully benefit me in the future.
