Challenges faced in my life:

I came from a typical middle-class family where parents, relatives, and friends feel getting an education is like a divine thing. During my initial years of school, whenever I used to top in the class, I used to with full of joy not because that I learned something useful for life but because my parents would feel proud about me, they can happily disclose that their son is topper in school. I had stayed far from activities, events, sports, and thought these were the barriers for education. This phase of the school had shaped me as a person who is very much into myself. My parents were happy that I was doing good, all things were going fine and insisted me to change the school for quality education where parents felt that I would crack premier engineering entrance examinations. I changed school, joined the hostel, and studied away from home. Staying away helped me as a person to be more dependent on myself, not relying on others and made me getting out of my little space and spending effective time with the people around me. But during this period, fear of expectations that parents, people around me put on me would happen to me, was the frequent haunted notion used to be always in my mind. I was in a similar state of mind until I landed into one of the premier institutes in India for engineering in electrical (not by choice).   

                                        In my four years of engineering, I lived a life with minimal expectations of how my career would be after completion of graduation. No proper clear goals but had the confidence that I would get some job that I would do after four years. Enjoyed, explored the new places and made friends, memories which helped me to push my boundaries more and given me the confidence to enter into a real world out there as a professional.

                                        After joining in the manufacturing firm as an electrical manager, I was responsible for the company in whichever work is related to me. I got the good exposure to the working of the business and can relate the concepts which I learned in graduation, and it’s applications in the firm. One day I realized the thought which I had in school is completely false, and education is not showing to others that you are a topper, but it is to know what you are learning. I received well in the company for three years of my work, and I wanted to change my career and shift completely in a new direction to explore and learn new things. I decided to do an MBA, prepared for it, and cracked it. I got into IIM Nagpur and trying to push my boundaries more.
