Aditya Birla Group, ever since its inception in 1857, has always been working hard and
innovating to deliver superior value to the customers and the society. Allen Solly, Louis
Philippe, Pantaloons, Peter England, Ralph Lauren, Van Heusen are the brands that
everyone is familiar with in clothing industry and whose products are preferred among the
masses than to the products from other brands in the same sector Is due to the trust which
has been built by the group over the years. They innovate fashion based on the trends and
the quality offered to the price quoted gives the maximum value to the goods and the
goodwill to this company in the market. Idea Cellular, after the merger with Vodafone India,
is now the largest telecom company in India in terms of revenue and subscribers.
As an individual, Aditya Birla group has been encountered by me or say by everyone in their
life at least once be it in constructing your home, using UltraTech cement or in fashion
department wearing latest trends or in getting insured from Aditya sun life insurance. They
have been a visionary and have been a great contributing factor to the development of
Indian economy. The presence of Aditya Birla group like fierce competitors forces other
players in the market also to provide quality products at a fair price.

Never give up, always fight for your dreams with integrity and patience and perseverance

“ Failure is not fatal, Failure is inevitable. IF you don’t fail, it perhaps means you aren’t
taking enough risks ”, as quoted by Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla challenges are a part and
parcel of our daily life and one should learn to endure the adversities of the life. There are
many challenges one would be encountering in their journey and we need to learn how to
ride the tide. There are many challenges faced by me throughout this voyage called ‘life’ but
there is one incident which I can clearly recall because I have learned a lot and expanded as
well as explored the various abilities innately present in me. I have been working in an IT
company and things have been smooth lately and the learning curve is excellent. I have
been given the task of handling a new project from the scratch from my seniors, initially it is
a small one with very few features to be incorporated into the application but then I explored
the customer requirement and did a deeper analysis of this situation and came with a result
and a view to expanding the scope of the application and the budget. My Idea of expanding
the application is backed up but there are issues with the budget and resource allocation so I
have formed a team of likeminded enthusiasts and started working for the project expanding
our working hours. Finally, we are able to finish it within the stipulated time as promised to
my seniors and to see the working of my Idea, the passion we put into its launch and finally
able to see the results it fetched to the company and to me is something I can never forget. I
learned a thing that day, I used to think I am not an achiever in life but I realized we all can
become one by keeping our efforts and passion into something which we love and slowly
see the dream which we dream turn into a reality.
