1.Saurabh Singhal – Effortlessly yours

If you need any help, he will be there for you. I have seen Saurabh taking out time from his busy schedule and helping others diligently without expecting something in return.

Even though he had a stressful time in the past, he always carries this sweet smile on his face which enlightens complete room that he is in.

2.Aditya Pawar- Calm as a cucumber

No matter how stressful the situation is one would not see a line of stress on Aditya’s head. He is a neighbour of mine here in IIMU and I haven’t met someone who is so calm and composed all the time. Also with that, he is one of the people you can go and talk to about problems that you won’t share with others as he has this quality of not judging people. If I would put in his words, ‘Everyone has a story, so don’t judge anyone’.

3.Saumya Rao- Intriguing queen

Apart from scaring people out by walking backwards in a white gown and open hair post-midnight, she is a someone with high self-esteem, how every woman should be, and always ready to help others. I believe she is someone who would go out of line to stand by a person about whom she cares. Also, she has a monstrous laugh.

4.Aartika Vineet – Resemblance of Strength

I wondered where do few inches from her height go, now after knowing her I know that has been added to high heights of her aspirations. She, in my opinion, is someone who is super hardworking and her desire to excel is unmatchable.

5.Lastly Myself, Ravindrasingh Shekhawat – My favourite

I am my favourite and I believe everyone should be their own favourite too.

When I came here at IIMU, I was of the opinion that I won’t be able to make any friends but having spent past few weeks with above mentioned crazy talented young people, I can count a few friends now. This has been most fascinating, learning 3 weeks of my life and I am looking forward to all the learnings and fun that would be coming my way in coming time.

I have been associated with Ultratech Cement Ltd, Adityapuram and their corporate office in Mumbai for almost a year as I was the key account manager for Aditya Birla Group in my organisation (Cranedge India Pvt Ltd.).

What I liked about Ultratech is their culture which I feel is suited for my personality.
