Consigliere 2.0 - IFMR Sri City

This time EDGE - The Consulting Committee of IFMR came up with an idea of Crisis Management and Verdict for Abhyudaya 2018 named Consigliere 2.0.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT
This involved a crisis situation where the teams were provided with companies under crisis, and they have to come up with analytical solutions to overcome it. Crisis situation presented to them were real-time crisis scenarios being faced by certain companies in the corporate world having no exact set of solution to go forward with. Cases were designed exclusively to check the business Acumen and analytical problem-solving skills of the Participants and how they come with probable solutions to save the sinking ship.

VERDICT

This was the second Round for Consigliere 2.0 and basically focused on Mergers and Acquisitions. Teams were provided with a set of Companies such as (OLA and ZOMATO ),(IDEA and DISH TV) where they have to make their discretion whether to merge them or one should acquire another. For any option, they select they need to present their stance in front of Industry Experts and also get challenged by other teams. Feedback from Participants Team Enigma from Welingkar Mumbai –
