Overcoming the challenges
Kumar Mangalam Birla become the head of the Aditya Birla Group when he was just 28 years old due to sudden demise of his father Aditya Birla hence a lot of responsibilities at a very young age , but the way he has driven the group to become one of famous names in India ,represents how he overcame his challenges. My challenges that I faced are not that big but had made a significant impact on me and improved my skill set. During final year of my engineering graduation placement process started and companies started recruiting , I expressed my interest for appearing in a selection process the process consisted of three rounds 100 candidates for the process out of which only 17 candidates made to the final round I.e personal interview round and 5 people were rejected of which I was one of them. So it became a challenge for me , I started to analyze the problem the problems that were creating hindrance and started working on it major challenge was personality development that I worked on and got selected into a company , now another turn of event started when my joining date was a day before my IIFT interview for which I have to qualify IIFT entrance exam at first,around 70,000 people appeared for the exam out of which 2000 candidates were selected for further process hence the interview was very important for me, either I had to leave the job or the interview which will give me ample of opportunities in the future.It was a tough decision and I decided to go with the interview.Currently, I am studying in IIFT hence my patience and perseverance helped me in taking the challenge and overcoming the same. This challenge groomed me inside out and created a better version of me.
