Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life
As we go deeper into life, being clear on your WHY brings you into harmony with who you want to choose as an ideal and what is most important to you. This brings you away from just going through the motions, it brings you out of default and indulge into things which provides sense of belonging.how I overcame challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far
Nobody sets out with a plan to fail in life, but so often people let obstacles get in the way of their success. I meet thousands of people at conferences, football fields and movie sets around the country that have a dream of being successful. They start off towards their goal, full of energy and ambition, and then years later we may find them still stuck in the same dead-end routine or dreaming of the life they could have had. And yes, I was one of those people or it is not wrong to say, I am still not changed fully. From a student of government Hindi medium school to a premium B-School scholar, I’ve faced many hurdles in this journey. This challenges were related to People’s perception, communication language gap, lack of socializing behavior etc. For Overcoming these hurdles, I’ve picked few major areas that I thought I am weak with. Time; If you don’t use it wisely, it will become your enemy. We all have 24 hours in a day, and lack of time is actually a lack of priorities. I’ve found that listing my priorities and goals for each day, and tackling the toughest ones first, is optimal for me. Lack of Clarity; Keep your eyes on the prize. Lack of clarity is a major stumbling block to the success. To avoid this, I write out my purpose statement, and then my short- and long-term goals. Your goals may change as you go, but I constantly checked my list to be sure you are still headed straight towards them. And Most important, Fear: Fear can be both a motivating force, and an obstacle to the success. It can keep you from trying and from reaching towards those really big goals of life. Are you afraid to fail? I analyzed the specific situation and forced myself to break the uncomfortable activity into more manageable steps or “just dealt with it.” I Identified and utilized every available resource to build upon my strengths and correct my weaknesses. I Focused on what could go right and didn’t obsess about future problems. There’s also no reason to unnecessarily call attention to your fears. This will only discourage you, and break down the confidence in others. I didn’t speak English much, and surviving Graduation was my main concern. I will never buy in to the excuses that may be using for giving up or not continuing towards my success. I know that I can ignite my dream and achieve my goals. I try to obliterate my obstacles and continue on my path. As someone said, success is never owned. It’s rented and the rent is due every day.
