Aditya Birla Group is one of the leading conglomerate in India touching almost all the sector that human being is associated with. I just thought of the days after getting a call from IIFT, Delhi. I just thought of going out for shopping so as to get all the stuff required to set into new city. I just pick my phone and called from my IDEA mobile to my friend to join me. To join Business School I was required to buy a Business 2 Suits. I saw variety of options among Allen Solly, Louis Philippe, Peter England and Van Heusen. All of them having a best quality of fabric and suits of all ranges. After thinking a lot I purchased 1 suit of Peter England and 1 suit of Van Heusen. Now I was required some formal shirts so I went Pantaloons and bought variety of shirts of Allen Solly and Louis Philippe. Then I bought some t shirts from People Store. I then left for home and saw Huge Silos of Ultratech Cement on a side of road. . As usual Ultratech Cement is being trusted to make metro rail projects in Mumbai. I just started recalling where I saw the trust on Birla Cement brand. Be it Concrete roads, Railway stations what not. Suddenly I realized that I forgot Birla white cement and wall putty. My day was fulfilled as I reached home reading everywhere the Aditya Birla Group Brand that day. After happily going to home I just though how Aditya Birla Group Touch all aspects of our life.
I was always good at studies since my schooling. I was an iconic person for children of my relatives. After doing well at my diploma course I got admission to reputed engineering institute away from my home. I was really excited to go to new place. I was really excited for initial days. Few days gone and I started missing my family, my home. I felt like homesick. It affected my studies. I was not able to overcome the homesickness. I performed poorly. This shattered my confidence. It was a stage I faced a big failure for first time. Initial days were really depressing with the thought of failure. But I made my self always surround by positive people. But my friends and family kept on motivating me. They told me to look back into my success days, my achievements. And gave me confidence. I started improving myself. I prepared hard for exams. I did well in re-exam with a lot of confidence. I started at very low CGPA but never lost my confidence. I gradually improved my performance. Then I constantly improved my grades without losing confidence. After 1 year I was able to manage myself anywhere. I learned how to feel living at home away from home. This situation taught me not to fear for failure. I learned to enjoy where I go. I learned to work out of my comfort zone. After that I became a more composed person. Person who can live anywhere without losing his focus. This helped me focusing my tasks irrespective of conditions favorable or not.
