Life is not always a bed of roses and I too had my own challenges to be faced to be where I am today. Born in a small town of Maharashtra I always had big dreams. They never let me confined to the boundaries of my hometown, under the protective shelter of family. It was in 2012 when I moved to Pune to pursue my Bachelors in Engineering. The environmental shift from a town to a city was a not that easy. Beating the homesickness and managing the daily necessities I had to excel in my academics. While I managed to be in the University Top-10 list, Pune had a lot for an art enthusiast like me to explore and learn. After completing my graduation, I joined Cognizant Technology Solutions and it was then the things were about to settle. But destiny had its own plans of adventures in my life. I got relocated to Chennai, the city if colors, as I call it. Initially, it was not easy to adapt in an unfamiliar environment where you don’t even understand the local language. But I owe the best moments of my life to this city. Being a travel enthusiast I got a lot to explore there and got a very different perspective of life. I got time to take a break from all the influences and reflect on the true purpose of my life. And this is where this journey of MBA began. I started preparing for the entrance exams together with a full time job and failed in my first attempt. I took one more attempt and utilized the time to learn more of the business operations of my organizations. I won the prestigious Cognizant Hackathon -2018, the Business Innovation competition and finally made it to the esteemed SBM, NMIMS, Mumbai. Today, this life of an MBA graduate is also a challenge life has thrown at me, that I will face with all my might to achieve the visionary roles I aspire for in my life. This is where begins my journey of thousand miles…
