Aditya Birla Group has had a constant influence on my life and has been a gamechanger of all sorts for me. They have almost made life unthinkable without ABG products for me, be it the apparels range which comprises of India’s biggest and most widely used apparel brands like Allen Solly, Van Huesen and Louis Phillipe which are the most prominent brands alongside some other very good apparel brands that come from the ABG or Idea which earlier was a ABG brand and has been an important part of my life as I was a continuous subscriber to its services. The advertisements that Idea made were so thoughtful and informative that it actually inspired me to try new things in life and take an unorthodox approach rather than the traditional approach
Not only to my life but the contribution of ABG to the Indian Economy has been huge itself, with a large chunk of GDP generation of India , ABG has been a group of national significance to the country. Now as far as I talk about myself the biggest breakaway brand from the ABG group that has been a constant for me since its very early days is Planet Fashion which has been my one stop destination for all my garments and clothing needs. The ambience of the planet fashion stores and the varieties of various brands that it has is impeccable and second to none. I have for almost all the biggest occasions in my life (be it my brother’s wedding, my MBA interview suit or regular partywear) bought clothes from planet fashion only and I must say it is indeed something that has actually become a habit of mine and Its something which comes first to my mind as and when I need to buy clothes.
The biggest challenge of my life
As we all know that life without challenges is meaningless and boring. All of us by some means or the other have faced challenges in life, but its not about the challenges we face but how we overcome them and emerge as a stronger and better Individual.
The biggest challenge that I faced was at the time when I was in my 12
th Standard and it was round about one and half month from my board exams. Being a commerce student in order to get admission in a decent college you had to score very decent marks in the CBSE SSC examinations and like every other person of that stream and age I too had the same dream and ambition, But a major setback to my dreams was an accident I met on 21
st January 2016, when In order to save a women walking without any attention on the road , I had to divert my vehicle and that resulted in a steep slip which eventually resulted in my face hitting the divider on the road. 24 stitches and 2 plasters it took to get me up and running again and by the time I was actually able to start studying again it was only 10 days left for the board exams. In a very true sense those 10 days taught me lessons which I didn’t learn throughout my life, I studied 19-20 hours a day and with a still recovering body slept just for 50 hours throughout those 10 days. I was trying to leave no stone unturned for my preparation and was very focused on my board exams right after my accident, even when I was not able to read and write, I used to watch youtube videos for help and I am glad that with god’s grace I got 92% in the 12
th standard which opened the door of Hans Raj College(One of the best art colleges in the nation) and the rest as they say is history.
