Part A: How Aditya Birla Group is Big in my life?
Aditya Birla Group is just not a name it’s a Multinational Conglomerate that changed the face of Indian Economy. It has set its foot in all the sector right from Cement industry ULTRATECH to build your dream home to Telcom industry IDEA to connect with your dream people to Fashion industry to fit into our dream lifestyle, it has covered it all. Being in the industry since 1857, employing people from 42 different nations who work in 34 different countries and being active in 14 industry sectors, it has touched and impacted the lives of millions of people.
I can’t forget my Job interview when we wore formals of Peter England flaunting our confident and stylish look, carrying esteem self-confident cracking the interview.
I still can recall those childhood days when we are fighting to choose which cement to prefer for our house and getting inspired by its advertisement (
Ultratech Cement: Bade Irado me Jaan Dalde).Aditya Birla Mutual Fund has given me a platform to invest my saving to fulfill and secure my future plans and endeavours.

Part B: How I overcame challenges to achieve my ambition so far?
Life won’t be fun if it is that simple. It is always surrounded by obstacles, challenges and fighting the problems, overcoming the situations play a huge role in deciding the person you will become.
Being from a small village, the very first challenge I faced was proper guidance as it was pretty common in my surrounding that sitting in your shop in the village was the ultimate aim. I don’t know how it happened whether my hard work or by god’s grace, I secured a very good mark in my board exam, which was unbelievable even for my family, it changed my life and from then I have never looked back. Completing engineering from a government college and getting placed in TCS has given me a wide view and perception that never stop for the miracle to happen rather march with our ambition to make it happen.
The second challenge was my low confidence and difficulty in speaking good, proper English. I have always had the feeling of getting embarrassed and being from regional medium school, I got less opportunity for Public speaking and with the passage of time it got more difficult to cope with that situation. So, I took continuous support from my colleague and the internet helped me a lot to improve my skill and am still working on it as there is no end to improvement.
The next challenge I faced was during my job life. Being from an electrical engineering background and entering into IT field was a big challenge. Learning new technology, getting acquainted with new tools was pretty tough. So it’s all about your interest of how much you can bring to the table and I started the same path to get familiar with the IT life and I successfully have completed 2.6 years working in various emerging technologies, maintaining a good relationship with the client, acquiring good domain knowledge, I have come a long way.
The latest challenge I faced was getting juggled whether to choose an MBA as a career or continue this the present job. I realized change is the only constant in your life and getting out of your comfort zone is the best practice we need to adopt to achieve your ambition in your life. I finally made my mind to go for MBA as we will know the business aspect, learn the managerial skill which will help to take our ambition into greater heights.
