Challenges in life helps in carving out a character out of a person. The problem of being an average student has been a major drawback for me. My main challenge has been to be more than the average always.
I was not weak in studies or sports but approached both in a very mechanical way. being a very quick learner, I always managed to learn and apply something very quickly but became bored of that after 2-3 attempts, which has come in my way of being good at many things. Also, my procrastination has not helped a bit. Preparing for MBA interviews made me realize how being an average person has weakened my profile. However, what I did not realize is that due to my quick learning and becoming bored of things quickly I have learned a lot in the process. Being mechanical in my studies and getting average marks made me realise I fared pretty well in my results that too without any substantiate effort . I realised how much I can perform if I give my full effort . This changed my perception of me as a student , as an employee . I starter to manage time efficiently , lead people into successful deployments of software which was attempted first time across the world. My life turned significantly with al the manager and client appreciations.
So lastly everything has a positive side. I took a challenge and came out as successful . Change of perception and confidence is the key to become successful .
