Impact of ABG in my life:
Aditya Birla Group, India’s third-largest private sector conglomerate, has made a significant impact on the worldwide stage with its magnitude spread across the world, operating in 35 countries with over 120,000 employees.
ABG, not only made a huge influence in the business world but has also created a huge connect personally in every individual’s life.
In some or the other way, each person is related to it, and one such story is mine.
I have been both unknowingly and knowingly attached to ABG in various forms, being a resident of Hyderabad, I was fascinated and amused by the beauty of Birla Mandir temple, with its magnificent and aesthetic architectural designs, which was established by ABG, there are many such Birla temples in India - it not only strives for economic growth but also takes measures to serve our society.
Being a part of an NGO, I have even realised that ABG apart from its great contribution to India’s cultural growth (as mentioned above), it has also done numerous CSR initiatives in the field of Education, Infrastructure, Healthcare, helping many underprivileged villages with sustainable developments making a better living for our society and country.
And now me entering the business culture through MBA, I have been introduced to business formal and other formal wear, and ABG came into rescue with an exclusive range of products in optimal price ranges with its companies like Allen Solly, Peter England, Van Heusen and Louis Phillipe provide us an.
How I overcame challenges:
Being an average student since childhood, I wanted to come out of mediocrity, having said that, bored with my graduation life, with an urge to make a difference in my life as well as creating an impact in other's life, I have applied for an NGO. That was the first time, I pushed myself hard, to come out of my comfort zone and gathered all my courage to stay strong, and this was a great initiative by myself, which has changed my life. Successfully cleared my interview with India’s top 10 NGO, and started my journey experiencing a lot many challenges, hardships, push backs with which I had learned to stay strong, bounce back and learn from the mistakes I made.
And have developed an attitude of taking up responsibilities and not leaving a single opportunity which helps in my growth. Through which I have efficiently handled multiple responsibilities of NGO work, job, preparation for my entrances, CSR activities along with working towards my interest.
Consistent hard work and a strong self-belief have helped me achieve higher positions in NGO and getting into a reputable MBA college.
