ABG Impact on my life – IIM Rohtak

Starting about how Aditya Birla group has impacted my life I can state that Aditya Birla Group is one of the biggest conglomerates in India and World with marking their presence in 35 countries. Looking back in time crossing through my teenage, Aditya Birla Group has played a very important role in every bits and part of life. Remembering the time when outdoor games where at uppermost statistics, the tune of IDEA Cellular, their creative advertisements still are fresh in mind on whose tune we use to enjoy. Coming little forward joining college or sitting in an interview, from gifting someone special to carrying a bag of happiness home, brands like Louis
Philippe, people, Allen Solly, and pantaloons have always not just have been easy on the pocket but provide class and style as the luxury segment, boosting the confidence on what you wear and making it easy to carry on yourself. Talking a bit about building this nation, Aditya Birla group has played a major role which we all have witnessed throughout our life, UltraTech- the brand doesn’t need any description, the tagline can’t be suited best for building India beautiful, it totally justifies itself ‘Building Beautiful’. Not only it built India by developing the infrastructure but also by building the nation through its backbone by providing jobs to nearly 120000 people from 42 nationalities making not only their business global but also marking India across the globe with a high name and pride.

Talking about how I have made an impact till date in my life, I would like to talk about when I left the job at Abbott Healthcare because of unavoidable reasons, rather than sitting back I tried to start something new and worked slowly to build my online business. With a lot of dilemmas I asked for financial support from different areas and by projecting my vision to certain friends, asked them to support and work along with me in this. Initially gaining a customer base was tough and having loyal customers was another hurdle but I started working on how to decode the pattern of making more number of customers and sustain them with me. I started focusing on the most common words used by customers and made a point to describe my product using same words so that they can connect with the product and then I focused on my services which gave them the sense of loyalty and increased the sales by more than 100%. By and by, I don't have any enormous second thoughts with respect to my profession up until now. I have been extremely glad about my profession, and the choices I have made. The greater part of the choices I have made in the past has brought me to where I am today. The decisions I made have been for particular reasons, and have prompted me building up my way. Like anybody, I could have completed two or three things in an unexpected way, yet I don't have any genuine second thoughts.
