What’s big in life might not always seem to look big, as is the case ABG to my life. ABG being a 162 years old multinational conglomerate is an essential part for people in everyday’s life. AB group concentrates on various sectors such as cement, carbonblack, apparel, insulators, metals, telecom, BPO and IT services. Being a conglomerate it has direct and indirect benefits in my life, direct impact being the building we’re safely residing in was built with Ultratech Cement premium which not only provided strongness but also exceptional durable concrete as well.The slabs, beams and roofs was so ideal because of its compressive strength which made it look distinctive from its competitors. The main area where ABG played an important role in my life would be its fashion sector where each product I bought from say Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Van Heusen or Peter England those were of stupendous quality and made me look amazing, additionally the cost at which I purchased those made it unique from other brands. As mentioned earlier the tyres which are made of tiny birla carbon nanoparticles has saved me from major injuries while travelling in rain, the superior grip which utilized advanced technology provided grip as good as a new one eventually helped me avoid colliding with a vehicle before. It also gives great control at high speeds and extremely durable makes it very good for long run use, further being a world leader in manufacturing and supply of black carbon additives makes it better value product than other brand tyres. Adding on, ability to communicate with others is what makes us human and vodafone-Idea being a leading telecom service provider in India helps us provide superior voice and broadband connectivity across India. More retail store being one of the largest supermarket chain in india helps me get food products and vegetables at good quality and also at a optimum rate. Indirect impact are as many as being a wonderful sea-link built in Mumbai. ‘Challenges faced and how I overcame it’

As the organizer of multiple events during my university’s annual technical festival, challenges came in many forms. Ideation, planning, execution and people management were tasks posed their own challenges. I was overwhelmed by the inflow of opinions on event ideas, execution methods, constraints on time, space and budget, and the pressure to put up an event that was best in class. To add to the problem, number of people – friends, family, faculty, peers and club members – giving me input was growing by the day. Getting everyone together inside a single room was surprisingly difficult. Being agreeable didn’t seem to be the right approach; I had to take a step in a different direction to ensure a successful execution of the event. I called for a meeting with the event heads, the faculty in-charge and the execution team. With each responsible party giving in a set of clear requirements, I was able to chalk out a plan to give the execution team that satisfied the greatest number of requirements. The event was a great success bringing in praise to the department of electronics and communication.
