Aditya Birla group a company needs introduction.I don't think so!!!It's logo and punchline says all about it. It has constantly worked since independence to take India to the world and its logo has all geometric shapes which signifies multiple qualities defined in it. It was founded by Shiv Narayan Birla in 1857 and is a legacy of Fortune
500. It operates in 35
countries and recorded revenue of $44.3 billion as on
2018.They are collectively working in different sectors successfully.
Shiv Narayan Birla had no children and it is his pure heart that he adopted a child and gave all his business to him .Very few people has pure heart like
him.He worked for "swaraj" with Gandhiji ,opened jute and cotton mills and played a major role in India's
independence.From then till now Birla family is doing multiple tasks for needy sections of society. Its CSR has reached 250 crore..Has taught 45000 needy children in 5000 villages and opened FICCI -Aditya Birla CSR centre for
Excellence.It is also working for sustainable environment activities. eg-Novelis (recycling used beverage cans).If we talk about its present sectors then we will get short of time-cement ,fashion ,insulators,insurance operations are some of them and last but not the least latest vodafone-idea merger.

Challenges I faced to achieve my ambitions.
Mr Kumar Mangalam "Failure is not fatal,Failure is inevitable if you don't fail ,it perhaps means you aren't taking enough risks.".His thoughts have always motivated a number of people and I am also one of them. In my childhood stage I got to know about my eye problem which is not curable.I got to know that I am a visually challenged child.Further studies and remaining life became very challenging for me.In classrooms I could not see board but when someone fails 99 times,he/she will definitely succeed in the 100th attempt. It happened with me also.I decided to pursue my studies above all hurdles and it is the result that today I am studying in top 100 b schools of India.
Every person stands from ground only .The main reason for my motivation is my
parents and God .When they are with you and support you can succeed in everything.I have always considered myself as specially abled child who has something different and I also want to lighten this quality in other specially abled children with my dream of inclusive education and it is my dream to join Aditya Birla Group in future as I believe it will definitely help with my dream.
