Why Aditya Birla group is big in my life?
My conscious journey with the Aditya Birla group started when I got admitted into The Aditya Birla Public School in a small city of Gujarat named Veraval. The school with it’s smallest unique thing like school anthem to the most important thing like imparting education, made us, as a student proud to be a part of the prestigious Birla family. From pedagogy to ethics, everything imbibed us with a true meaning of knowledge. The culture in which we flourished will stay with us for the rest of our lives.
Prior to this there had been multiple such instances where ABG was all around me in the form of walls made of cement, the building base of my house which altogether made house a ‘home’.
Then came the telecom industry which touched each sphere of the nation and revolutionized the way people communicate. The service providers were equally important and then Idea Cellular came into play which gave us the privilege to use the technology with minimal disturbances and make our experience a memorable one.
With the era of malls, came the experience of pantaloons which in itself was a whole and still is an enriching experience. We got to experience multiple brands at one place and explore the new market at prices quite feasible. With the advent of e-commerce industry, ABOF came into light which enabled people get an experience of online shopping of apparels.
Now comes the time when I enter the corporate world and get aspired by looking up to the women in business field, all dressed up in formal attire and Allen Solly comes in at the right moment, helping me find the best attire for myself and feeling more confident. At the same time making me ready to conquer the world.
Challenges that made me what I am today!
My mother has always wished that I and my brother always excel at our studies and build a successful career. She has always motivated us to study diligently and put in hard work. During one of the most important phases of my life that is during the Class X pre boards, my mother, who is the person I am closest with, was diagnosed with cancer. Whole support system of our family was dis balanced. My mother, at this moment, took a promise from me that no matter what, I will sincerely focus on my studies and give my best. Fulfillment of my mother’s wish, became my sole agenda then, and I excelled in the final exam and became a board ranker. My mother was really happy and satisfied altogether.
At the same time my mother, who was undergoing numerous treatments, never lost the hope and showed utmost will power. She always told, I will survive this, I have to, for my children. And this will power did wonders. Today, she stands almost 99% recovered, all thanks to her will power.
This event taught me some great lessons in life, such as, when you really want to achieve something, nothing can stop you. And when you really want something, the whole universe conspires in your favor.
