These words are the reason why Aditya Birla Group is one of my dream places to work with. I am a management student. On a journey to find how I as an individual can make a difference to something or someone. To find my purpose that one day will become my passion and enable me to make the impact that I dream of. Very recently, brands have started warming towards ideas like – making an impact, sustainable business models and/or investing in employees, brands and ideas. These values, however, have been ingrained in the foundation of the Aditya Birla Group making them one of the last few respected business houses in the country. These values coupled with their spread across industries and businesses, offer a vast spectrum of choices that could be the wings to my aspirations. A beginning that would not only allow me to grow as an individual, but would also give me an opportunity to make the world a better place – even if it’s in my own tiny way!
