Why Aditya Birla Group is big in your life
Aditya Birla Group is India's most diverse and growing conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500. Aditya Birla is one of the trusted names in India. It is very hard to say that one has never been associated with this name. The one name that comes to our mind when we think about reliability. I still remember the day when I got my first mobile phone. The day I joined the Vodafone family. Back at time 2G connection was the fastest. Now the Vodafone has upgraded with time from 2G to 3G to 4G. Even though I have changed many mobiles, locations but the only thing that is constant is that I still use my first number that i bought with my first handset. Never thought of changing my operator even just for once. The customer care its provides, the rewards and benefits they have for their customers is outstanding. Anyone you go, you never have to think about the connection problem. Always stay connected with your family and friends when you are a proud Vodafone user.
Facing my fears I have
always been that quiet, shy and introvert girl who liked to be around just a handful of familiar faces. My biggest spear was public speaking, It took a lot of courage for a person like me who had this fear to come on stage while innumerable eyes are on you. I always used to prepare myself and try to talk me out that everything will be fine but the moment I used to step on the stage and face the audience, my heart used to start beating faster and blood start rushing all over my body. Whenever I tried to overcome this fear I felt more nervous, my palms start sweating and will try my best to complete my speech as soon as possible. Try my best to make no eye contacts and try to overcome that people will be not judge me for this. But my college provided me ample of opportunities to overcome this fear.
It took me a while to overcome this fear till the day I talked to my best friend who used to win every debate competition back at school . He told me to assume that audience is filled with your friends which came all the way to cheer you. Will you let them down? Will they judge of how you speak in front the audience? These two questions helped me to change my perspective. I became more confident.
When the next time I stepped on the stage I was more confident than before. This time I did not fear rejections.
