The Aditya Birla Group,led by one of the most renowned businessman in the world, Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla,whose hard work and self determination not only helped his company to reach the zenith of success but also helped India in gaining popularity.Aditya Birla Group, which is a 162 year old brand ,has always believed in delivering quality products to its customers. It employs about 1, 20,000 resources and has been one of the big sources of employment.
ABG has touched millions of lives in the world. It is unlikely that one has never used a product, or traveled on a road or visited a site where ABG has not contributed in some way. Its presence in your life is massive. It is spread in every field, be it be apparels(Lifestyle,pantaloons), construction items(UltraTech Cement),mobile network (IDEA)or cashless payment(BHIM UPI).
The more I searched for the products made by ABG ,the more I was surprised about varieties it has produced. Let’s take for example the clothing brand Van Heusen and Allen Solly,as I’m a MBA student these two brands play a great role in make you look presentable as they are famous for their formal wear. I used to carry my lunch in Hindalco aluminum foil which is also made by ABG.To my surprise ,the brands which I considered to be of outside India were actually indian like Peter England, Louis Phillipe.One can easily estimate the power of this big and huge brand which plays an active role in our day –to-day life.

How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far’.
As a person, I’m kind of introvert. I hesitate talking to new people, try to be in my comfort zone and don’t like to talk too much to others if my frequency does not match with them. This attitude of mine changed when I started working in my first ever IT organization,Capgemini India Pvt Ltd.There was always a fear inside me ,what if this attitude of mine would become an obstacle in the path of my success. So there was one incident that happened during my working as an employee in this company that made me realize that if I don’t talk to people and don’t come out of my comfort zone I’ll definitely take too long to climb the ladder of success.I had a meeting with my client and I was told to circulate my idea to him so that he considers it and try to implement it as soon as possible. My client approved it and I was told to work with team member X with whom I had never talked .We started working on it but whatever problems I faced ,I never used to ask him about solution to it because of my introvert nature. This readily affected my work as I couldn’t meet the time line of the project and got scolded from my client as well. From that day onwards I decided not feel shy and to improvise my introvert nature so that it does not harm me in way. This way I overcame my fear and completed my other tasks on time.
