The biggest challenge in my life has been to realize my passion and then consistently move towards it without letting any resistance offered in the path to stop me. Belonging to the cliché engineering background, I developed an immense interest in the field of management during my under graduation years. However, to gain some insights into the area and have a clear mindset, I decided to take up the challenge of working with a budding start-up in marketing and sales role. Having this heavy responsibility of being in the client facing role, I was expected to generate satisfactory sales along with the brand management. I was answerable for conducting market research, approaching customers and ensuring their satisfaction by taking regular feedbacks, and expanding the domain of services provided by the company, properly implementing the digital marketing tools. All of this went along with CAT preparations. Those months of my preparation period were hard, painful, crazily overburdened, and intense.
Although that period was difficult for me, with it, I realized my ability to function efficiently in highly demanding times and learned to prioritize tasks and organize my work adequately. Eventually, I landed in the beautiful city of Visakhapatnam and joined the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, and then began a new journey.
Having its roots deepened in the 19th and 20th century, Aditya Birla group played a crucial role in the Indian freedom struggle with setting up industries in significant sectors and aiding India to carry forward its industrial sectors independently.
Since then, the company has expanded dramatically in every possible sector of the business ecosystem, being a multination conglomerate it has touched my life in every possible aspect. Going forward, every morning when I wake up, opening my wardrobe to select my attire for the day, from dresses to shoes, to the different bags I love to carry around, every element has an essence of Aditya Birla Group in it. Outlets such as Pantaloons have made everyday shopping experience both economic and fashionable. Among all the other subsidiaries, my personal favorite being FOREVER 21. To be able to have fashion styles straight from America in India is something that never fails to excite the fashionista in me. ABFRL also enhanced the formal dressing for women and men in India with introducing brands like VANHEUSEN, Peter England and Allen Solly, the brands that I choose to wear for every formal event and empower my dressing!

Additionally, with its aim to create a sustainable business culture, the group is turning every possible stone to make India a better place to live and prosper in, and our lives more comfortable and enjoyable.
