Part A: Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?
Starting from a Rajasthani town of Pilani, Aditya Birla Group has become one of the largest conglomerates, operating in 35 Countries with more than 120,000 employees worldwide. Aditya Birla Group has impacted my life in a lot of ways fulfilling my needs for Kapda, Makaan and Internet.
Just until a few days ago my morning routine started with cooking food for office, where i would use freshwrapp to pack the rotis. Freshwrapp was the product that protected my food from bacteria and getting spoiled. In office I always wanted to look good and professional. So my dressing needs always took me to stores like Van Heusen and Allen Solly for formal clothing and to Pantaloons for smart casuals. These brands gave a boost to my confidence and personality.
Also being a Civil Engineer I am quite cautious when buying raw materials for construction work. So when I started building a home for my Parents, the first cement that crossed my mind was the Ultra Tech Cement. It is the engineer's choice. After using this cement now, I am sure about my parent's safety in any calamity my home land faces.
Besides this I use Vodafone connection for my day to day calls and Internet. This is a great connection which helps me to keep in touch with my friends and family. It also provides me with good internet which is nothing less than a basic amenity in today's age. Overall Aditya Birla group has created a lot of value in my life and will keep on impacting my life for a long time
Part B: Overcoming challenges to achieve ambitions in life.
I have always been a gritty person. Coming from a poor household, I was taught by my father to take the challenges head on. Starting from the childhood itself when my father was working to make the ends meet, me and my brother were supporting him by selling vegetables alongside him in our road side stall. I always wanted to be big in life so I started to study and got good grades in both 10th and 12th Class. Then I joined one of prestigious institutions in NIT Hamirpur for my Engineering. After Engineering I got placed in Ramboll India as a Design Engineer and it felt like I had made it. Life was good as I was earning good money and sending a good chunk to my parents.
That is when I met the biggest challenge in my life. Leaving a comfortable Job and starting the grind again. After 2 years in job I knew I wanted to study more and do an MBA. But it was hard for me to tell my parents that I was going to leave job to study for 2 years. It took me 6 months to convince them that it is good step and I can make the money later. After that I cleared CAT exam and got enrolled in NITIE for MBA.
So all my Life, Money has been a challenge for my ambitions and somehow time and time again I have been able to overcome this challenge to move closer to my goal. And I am pretty sure that I will make my dream come true one day.
