‘Why Aditya Birla Group is big in your life’
Aditya Birla group is not just big in our life but it is big for everyone. It has presence across all the sectors from financial services to fashion industry. We directly or indirectly use so much of the ABG products we are unaware of. When I researched about their product range, it astonished me. Birla carbon nanoparticles make our tyres safer and make our journey smoother. It caters to leading brands and companies across the tire, rubber, ink. Fashion and retail limited is making our style statement varied and impactful. We regularly buy a lot of brands in various segments from Ralph Lauren to pantaloons. Even though there is presence of many online platforms still we all are visiting stores of ABG brands to have the touch feeling.
Vodafone IDEA Limited is making the big distance disappear. It is the leading telecom service provider in India and second largest globally. With the use of cheap data we are able to communicate in an effective way and the world is getting closer day by day. Even the rural areas are getting connected with the urban area. As I have interned in Vodafone IDEA Limited for a year, I have experienced the ABG culture very closely.
It is big for everyone because it has been involved in meaningful and welfare driven initiatives. It has been contributing to the social and economic development of communities. 4500 Women empowerment groups have setup by the ABG. The group reaches to 7.5 million people across geographies. This may not directly affect our life but indirectly it is making our country a better place to stay.

How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far’
At every stage in life you have different ambitions but along with that comes a challenge and you have no option but to overcome that. Every time there was a challenge, I thought it is happening with me alone, but then I realized this is how everyone is tested on their mental strength. When I was in 12
th grade and life was much easier and happier, the destiny gave our family the shock of our life. My dad got detected with mouth cancer and our lives turned upside down. It was nowhere near normal student life for me. My dad’s words always gave me the strength that I needed to give my very best whatever maybe the Obstacle. This motivated me to perform better and go beyond the limit. I also managed to achieve good all India rank in my Company Secretary Examination. My way of overcoming the challenge whether it is small or big is to look at it as if it is just a phase and there is a bigger picture ahead of it. There is also something I keep telling myself is that people around us have bigger and much harder challenges compared to us. If one will see the challenges many are facing in their lives and that too in country like India, one can come to know that we are fortunate enough than most of the people. This approach definitely helps me every time to overcome challenge that comes my way. Now that I am an MBA student, it will be full of challenges and competition but if I take it as a learning experience then it will widen my knowledge horizon and make me achieve what I have hoped for.
