This is the most important interaction I have had with Aditya Birla group. When we are low on confidence and are nervous about the interviews, it is at that time you suit comes into picture and you feel the sense of growing up and taking responsibilities with a sense of achieving heights. These brands have become a household names and bring in sense of royalty in one’s mind.

We are faced by many challenges in our life starting from preparing for exams, cracking them to achieving good rank in an organisation. Every day is a struggle and in order to fulfill your ambition you need to strike to be the best and be confident in whatever you want to do. My ambition was to be a lawyer and coming from a background of engineers, it became more difficult to pitch the idea of studying law. Also it was a common notion in my family that girl lawyers cannot get good income and can’t have a family life. My idea was to break these barriers and prove to everyone that in this age of modernization, girls can achieve whatever they want. The first hurdle was to get into good college, and by hard work, sheer perseverance I got into one of the top law colleges in India. Throughout my studies, there were comments and lack of approval, which stopped when I got best placement from college.
Now that people have accepted me as a lawyer, I have moved to next phase of life of completing my management studies. Yes, lawyer plus management is uncommon but not unheard of. With this I am challenging my own potential and exploring areas which have not been entered into by many individuals. The path is long and filled with many more hurdles and complications, but I am sure I would be able to achieve great heights and have a successful career with my hard work, determination and focused mind.
