For me growing in the the right direction is more important than growing rapidly. That’s what organic growth eventually means. We usually forget our vision and values while growing inorganically, and our speed and commitment if grows organically. And this is very I have a huge respect for Aditya Birla Group, the perfect balance they have attained over 160 years between both the parameters is remarkable.
“
Great Business are never built on quick sands of opportunism. I reiterate that, if living by our values means, perhaps growing at a pace slower than we would otherwise have liked, so be it. For us leadership lies at the heart of knowing what we stand for”:- Chairman, Aditya Birla Group
With span in more than 30 countries a corporate house of worth US $44.3 billion, a fortune 500, working in sectors like textile, metal, cement and you name but still retaining its core value which it acquired 150 years ago in Pilani is something what I would like to work for.
The first impression i got about products of ABG was way back to 2012 when I was still a teenager & Ultratech cement was used in renovation work going at my house. I searched about the product and eventually got to know that almost all the apparel I have, from Allen Solly to Louis Philippe to Peter England to People and it goes on, are products of a Indian Corporate House named as Aditya Birla Group. And not only clothes but also the network I use “IDEA” is a product of same company.
Futuristic strategy under stressful times is a visionary approach which forms the backbone of Aditya Birla Group, and they have proved it time to time that they are way ahead of their competition in many verticals.
Aditya Birla Group has made a significant contribution in my day to day life, for the prosperity of India as well as for the different communities world wide. And by the current vision and values they are going to achieve so much in nearby future.
