Aditya Birla Group, the name itself carries a heritage with it. The heritage speaks out a 162 years old experience and expertise. To make it clear, I ain’t that old! But yes I am surely a part of this wonderful family. As a fact every third aluminium can is made from Novelis aluminium, every second car’s tyres has from Birla Carbon, most of the top fashion brands use fabrics made by ABG etc. Infact it won’t be an exaggeration if one must say that everyone in this nation is touched upon by the excellent services and products they offer.
If I have to state the impacts on my life, I will take the opportunity to start by mentioning
An idea can change your life. Well, Idea did change my life. The network has been with me for four years now and I am a happy customer. Now the best impact the Aditya Birla Group has on my everyday life is by bringing the best, the most sophisticated, quirkiest, and the most elegant of fashion to me. I am a fashion lover, I keep looking for new and latest trends and the products right from Pantaloons to Allen Solly, from Van Heusen to Peter England all have catered to my needs at some point. The variety, design, affordability have left me confused with so many good options of high end style and luxury quite often. Besides this,
People the fast fashion subsidiary have provided the style and comfort along with affordability.
Life is never lived the easy way and that is my way of taking it.
One of the biggest challenges I faced was when I started my first job. It was a huge shift from academics to corporate life and also I had to go to Kerala and then to Pune. Few months into the corporate life while I was still learning and growing, I had to resign from my job to be with my family for support in a family medical crisis. In these two years at home after leaving my first job I have been constantly tested by life for my patience, ability to be optimistic and a will to never give up.
After a few months of me leaving my first job, I joined another job in my hometown just stay active and to not lose the confidence and the learning ability. As time progressed, the crisis at home started to ease out and then I started to look out for better career options for me. I had an aim of getting into a good B-School and do MBA and therefore I started my preparations for the same. I also gave all bank selection examination, a few government examinations just to get back in the habit to performing in the competitions. Finally I gave all management entrance examinations also but I failed by margins. And this is where I faced the biggest challenge in life, i.e. to cope up with failures. But I knew that I capable enough to give myself the beginning I wanted i.e. MBA form a good B-school. And therefore I accepted my failures humbly, analysed the gaps and with a will to succeed, I started my preparations again with even more dedication and finally aced the exams and got myself landed in SIBM Pune. The best part was that I learned to cope up with failures, have a never give up attitude and constantly try to improve in order to achieve whatever you aim for.
