How Have I Made An Impact?What goes around comes around; I am a firm believer of the same. There are many parameters to judge success, Impact being one of them. Hence, it’s your actions that matter the most. Throughout my life I have been groomed by the struggles but was always supported by my well wishers. I try to extend the same to the people whose lives I can influence. During my stint with a company, I used to work in the CSR wing of that company. We used to take initiatives of organizing blood donation camps, blanket donation drives, cleanliness drives, thanksgiving to the lower class staff, teaching underprivileged children etc. I myself donated the blood multiple times. All this activities may help someone to smile and have a better future, this thing kept me driving. I also tried to impact the lives of few others by associating with CRY.
I have always been a sports enthusiast and used to put my 200% effort while playing any sport. I have captained my school and college teams and there leading the group as one and keeping all motivated was the most important task. This was the areas where I impacted the teams in sports that I was part of.
During my job, I always tried to put my best foot forward and do the work I have been assigned diligently. I always tried to help colleagues in the best possible way I could and motivate them to perform better. Also, having some light fun based conversations, organizing team activities and team outings were all part of my portfolio. Hence, I have tried to have a positive impact on the lives of the people around me either directly or indirectly.
