Since its inception, Aditya Birla Group had tried to transform the lives of people through contributions in different industries and sectors providing high-quality products. It has successfully made a mark worldwide as it is currently operating in 35 countries employing around 120,000 people.
The Aditya Birla products have a significant impact on my family and me. As my grandparents lived in remote Village, the only way to stay connected with them was through the Idea cellular network as it was the single working network around the village area. Idea's tagline "Ek Idea jo Badal de aapki Duniya" precisely changed the lives of all the people living in those remote villages.
The Aditya Birla's brand Ultratech Cement helped to build India's robust infrastructure. My uncle is in the construction field, and he always suggests to use the Ultratech cement to build durable homes as he trusts it the most. Aditya Birla's multi-brand fashion retail stores like Pantaloons offers a wide variety of affordable clothes, which helped me look more charismatic and feel confident. Its other classic fashion brands like Van Heusen, Allen Solly, Peter England, Louis Philippe are also my preferable brands when it comes to buying fashionable clothing and stuff.
The Aditya Birla Group has been remarkable all these years, and the conglomerate has performed outstandingly as a competitor in the global market space. It will continue to influence future businesses globally and will remain the pride of our country.
Bouncing back from injury – Biggest Challenge of my life
In the year 2013, I was in 10th standard, and I used to go to school by a school van as my school was nearly 7 km away from my home. On January 14th, at around 8:00 AM, our van met with an accident on the way to school. The local public bus collided head to head with our van, and I went into an unconscious state. When I became conscious, my father told me about the misfortune incident and my present adverse condition. My right leg thigh bone and left-hand bone were broken. The next day I had an operation wherein doctors fitted a 41 cm long steel rod in right leg for the support to the thigh bone and plastered my left hand.
I could not even walk for 2 months and hobbled for the successive month. The most challenging thing coming forward in my life was 10th board examinations. It was challenging to concentrate and study in those painful conditions, but I never gave up. I did not let the situations grow into negative emotions, and I studied for every exam, went to school on a wheelchair and gave all the vivas and written exams with firm determination to score well. Soon after exams, under the guidance of Physical therapist, I started exercising. Within a few months, I started involving in physical activities such as running and playing sports with the same rigor as I used to do before the accident.
It was the result of being positive, patient, dedicated, persistent, and motivated against unfavorable circumstances. I knew that my stubbornness to accept defeat would help me recuperate much quicker.
