To me reflection of Aditya Birla Group is Ultratech cements. Since childhood owning a house of my own has always occupied my dream, as well portrayed in the advertisements of Ultratech cements. From basement to plastering, the cement formed the core. Watching its ads, always made me feel that dreams do come true and allowed me to dream bigger. It made me realise the value of the binding material to hold any dream in place.
When I found brands like Peter England, Pantaloons, Forever 21 and Louis Phillipe fall under Aditya Birla Group, it was the moment I felt, it has been welcomed by most of the households in various forms. It is because of the way it gained trust and appealed to the people, making its products and services feel like home to consumers.
The company grew by providing itself a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit and also being awarded National safety awards for mine and many more. Aditya Birla Group has taught me to appreciate and enjoy work, in its ‘Grey – the colour of strength’ campaign by celebrating work.
