Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life? How big is big enough? It is a million dollar question which different people describe in a different manner. Aditya Birla Group is answering the question by reinventing their standard themselves. Starting from 1857 and today they have emerged as one of the premium industrialists and they stepped in almost every sector like textile, metals, telecomm, BPO etc. Aditya Birla Group is always a part of our family.  From using the UltraTech cement when parents built our dream house to using Idea network in cell phone. Aditya Birla Group group opened a new horizon of fashion with pantaloons and it is dream shopping destination for me during festivals. And who can forget “Kya idea Sir ji”? This slogan stayed with us for lifetime.  Apart from this, what motivates me most is the vision of one of the greatest leaders of this industry, Mr. Aditya Vikram Birla. The visions he relied upon are leadership which can be achieved by hard work and commitment, innovation which is essential for excellence, productivity and quality which is extremely important in the competitive environment of a shrinking world. These are the visions world wants to see in our leaders. These are the real motivation which should drive every individual towards reaching their goal. So I can say apart from the brand value and products Aditya Birla Group present to us, the value and the vision of the leaders are more captivating to me. The legacy they carry with their ideas and innovation is one of the most countable lesson to bank upon.   How I overcome challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far? In this era of social media we always try to portray our life as the happiest and fullest. But in real life everyone has their struggle and everyone is trying to overcome those at their best. In my life I faced several challenges but I am fortunate enough that I received immense support from my family and friends. The first challenge which hit me hard on my face was during the first few months when I entered college. 15 days before I had to join the college in 1st year 1st semester, my mother had an accident and was completely bed ridden for 3 months. Being single child I was quite pampered. So I was unaware about the responsibility of the household work.  The most important part was to be emotionally strong at that moment of crisis, because that spirit or confidence was the most important medicine for my mother. Challenges began when I joined college. It took a large time to adapt to this new environment, the new style of education and a whole lot of new people. I had to balance my education and household works. I was struggling but I went worked hard and was positive. That helped me a lot. It made me understand the how much effort it takes to run a house not only financially but with physical effort. It made me to value every little thing around me. It made me emotionally stronger that helped me in my work life.  So I can say that, when in a crisis the most important to go with the flow and be positive and work as hard as possible. This will help us keep going. #ABGLP WOO ME - SEASON 2
