Myself Kishore S, before entering telling why Aditya Birla is important in my life. I like to say something about myself. Am from a rural background where Aditya Birla penetrated too deep to promote the Rural education and development of many villages. I did my schooling in Sri Ramana Vidyalaya and did my under graduate in Sri Krishna college of Engineering and Technology. During the past path ways of my life I saw Aditya Birla group did many Social Development which made me realise that Society is not just made of government each one of us are part of the society. Aditya Birla which still continuing its works in 5000 villages where they are developing the facilities of the village like electrification of each house which helps the students to study long hours and improve their knowledge.

The Aditya Birla Groups believe that future lies in the hands of the good leader so each year they are offering Scholarships to Management graduates and Law graduates, by which they are contributing their funds to the deserved students which will help their studies and overall development.
As per the saying “Health is Wealth” they treated over 50 Lakhs people in every corners of the country. They mainly giving medical aids to diabetics by which large number of peoples were affected.
They also help children to immunised against polio and provided Solar Lamps for School Children to improve their studies.
These are the few things that inspired to follow the footsteps of the group which made me socially responsible and I started helping few children to help with their studies and career guidance. That quality the most important for being human was implemented by Aditya Birla Group Social works.
Life is so interesting only if we face challenges and overcome it at the instances which will give the new experience that will help in the future. My life is no different from everyone, may be the intensity of challenge varies. I learned many things out of it. Even from the childhood days financial wellbeing of the family is not good, I felt the pain but I have no idea of what to do. After some years financial was came to the manageable level, but a different challenge I started to face. The challenge was I couldn’t pursue my passion due parental interference in my decision. I felt the pressure of leaving my passion but one thing I had in my mind is one day I want to make them understand even I too take the correct decision. I started work for it. I worked hard and got placed in a company but to my unfortunate my mother fallen sick so I have to take care of her with the help of my father. So, I took a bold decision of leaving the job but this time I didn’t regret it, because I have the gut feeling I could make up in the future. After the recovery of my mother I started thinking about my job after evaluating many things I came to conclusion to give CAT an attempt and also side by side applied for bank exams as I felt the portions are more less same as of CAT. Even in this my parents asked to join some for experience but I stood firm in my decision and started my journey. I started practicing for CAT. Everyone started questioning why are you not trying this job and that job, that’s where I held my temperament, I decided not to speak and let my actions speaks. I gave bank exams a try, I applied for many exams and in some I selected for the next round in some I am not by a mere margin of marks. Everyone said this is not your cup of coffee, I remind silent and continue my practice. I gave CAT also and a got a decent mark and also, I got a selected for interview round IBPS PO. I gave both CAT interviews and Bank interview with full potential. I finally got selected in both. I decided to go for an MBA even many of my friends and relative suggested to go for a job and choose my way and my parents also felt that my decision is the correct one. Finally, after all this situation I let my actions speak and gave a confidence in my parents that I will also take sensible decisions. This was the major challenge I faced till now and even ready to face another one and overcome it.
