The first thing that comes to my mind when I think about this Indian conglomerate is the scale and intensity with which this corporation goes about in doing their tasks. Whether it be the grand advertisements that wow me whenever I see them coming on my TV screens to the various companies that are market leaders in their own domain. It has been said that the world’s costliest advertisement was made by Aditya Birla Group. Their motto ‘Taking India to the World’ does complete justice to the various brands under it. Aditya Birla Group has shaped the lives of each and every Indian in some way of the other.
It is the third-largest Indian private sector conglomerate behind

The beverage cans which we fancy so much, there is a high probability that it was made by the aluminium produced by this group. It is said that every second can in the world is made by ABG. ABG also plays a role in shaping the automobiles with theyentering into a partnership with German luxury carmaker the BMW group.
Their financial services which include housing finance, health insurance helps us empower as well as secure our futures. Who can forget about ‘Idea’, it was the world’s fastest growing telecom operator and also the famous advs saying ‘Get Idea’. Idea has helped us enable over a billion conversations.
Their subsidiary UltraTech Cement has helped us build not only our homes but also the highways which get us there. As one goes about in life he is faced with a lot of challenges and the way we overcome these challenges starts to define us as individuals and prepares us for the outside world.
Being from a middle class background I had a normal childhood. Having the expectations of my parents on my shoulders I went through my school years decently enough. But as those expectations started to increase my shoulders started feeling the pressure. The first time that happened was during my higher schooling days when I couldn’t live up to my father’s expectation of getting into a Tier 1 Engineering college. But as we say ‘Never Give Up’ I went along and got myself into a decent college. I myself had high ambitions from myself. Always being curious about ‘How things work’ I participated in various technical fests creating robots to participating in quizzes I did it all.
I always wanted to be a part of a world-renowned organisation and my college gave me the platform to be part of one ‘IEEE’. Even though my academic curriculum did not give me much space to pursue all my ambitions but even then I worked for the environment by planting trees in a Biodiversity park to helping in Blood Donation drives.
Being a Electrical Engineering student did not stop me from pursuing my interest in mobile phone technology as even though not being related to my field I did my internship in Android App Development.
Having very little computer background I could land a job at Indian IT giant ‘Infosys’ and worked there on various technologies for a period of 3 years. My ambition to not stop in life and work on decision making made me go for my MBA. Here I am overcoming the challenges as they come and working my way up the ladder of my ambitions.
