How ABG impacted my life
It is rightly said that fathers are their children's superheroes. They are a constant source of inspiration for their children by the way they lead their lives. The biggest achievement for any child is to see his or her father succeed in life and work. A child not only looks up to a father for guidance but also tries to imbibe the values that have led him in life. A significant impact on my life from my father has been the way he has always shown sincerity and dedication towards his work. My father is a builder and engineer by profession and has inevitably aimed to provide his customers with houses of the best quality. It is needless to say that buildings become strong and resistant by an even stronger foundation. The cement used by him in all the construction work is Aditya Birla Group's UltraTech Cement that caters to all the needs of construction from foundation to finish. It is the largest cement producer in the country, ensuring premium quality in its deliverables. With the use of such top-notch inputs, he keeps his promise of an output that makes his customers contended. Aditya Birla Group, thus, has left imprints on my life. The customers have always appreciated my father for his work and the way he has strived for excellence and perfectionism. These momentous times have made me feel proud of him and have made me learn from him that you deliver what you promise. His commitment and perseverance for his work have had the biggest impact on my life and have set a path for me to work with the same values and dedication ahead in my life.
Challenges in life and how I overcame them
While success can mean different to everyone, we all face obstacles that can prevent us from reaching the top of our mountains. I also experienced such situation lately in my life. Dedication and focus blend with hard work had always got me easy with life. I had consistently scored well during my school and college days and had managed to achieve my short-term goals until last year when I failed to clear any of my entrance exams and could not make it to a reputed institution for further studies. I, for the first time, tasted failure and perceived that nothing great comes easy in life. There were moments of an emotional breakdown and low self-confidence. The very fact that I couldn't decipher my failure hit me hard. But failures always shape one in a vital way. I chose to learn from my failure and bring about progress in my performance through more hard work, perseverance and with a belief in myself. I prepared for the exams again this year, critically examining where I lacked the last time and improved upon my performance. I tried, I failed, I decided, I did it.
