Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?
When I go back to my past that is in the year 2015. I went along with my family to Pantaloons to buy new clothes for a festival, that was the first time I saw the logo of Aditya Birla Group. Again, in the year 2016, my father had planned to construct a first floor on the existing ground floor, he was an civil engineer and wanted to construct the house without compromising on the quality, he had listed around three cement companies and finally selected the Ultratech cement, I asked my father what is the reason for selecting this in particular leaving the other two. He replied, that it is the top quality cement according to our Civil Engineers and showed me some statistics. In the year 2019 I had cleared my MBA entrance exam and this at the time of my Interview, I had to buy buy formals and a blazer, the companies that came in my mind was Allen Solly (My favourite brand), Louis Philippe, Van Huesen and Peter England. I purchased the clothes form all these showroom and after coming home I had seen one thing common on their carry bag that is the Aditya Birla Logo. This caught my attention and created an interest toward the Aditya Birla Company and started research on this particular company and came to know that they are into BPO, IT, Cement, Fashion and Textiles, Aluminium manufacturing, Supermarket, spread across 35 countries with more than 120,000 employees worldwide and made one of my dream company. For sure at one point in my life I will surely join this company and work with them.
How I overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far.
When I am in my third year of my graduation I decided to do my MBA from the top 20 B-schools in the country. So, I had planned to study for the MBA entrance exam along with my under-graduation. All thing went well for an year. But, suddenly all the situation around me turned very bad. In 2016 during my final year under-graduation examination, suddenly I received a call from my father office saying that he had collapsed suddenly in the office and we are taking to hospital and they asked me to come directly to the hospital itself, I along with my mother rushed to the hospital and the doctor informed us that he had Brain Haemorrhage as a result his right side of the body got paralyzed, this news was a shock to me and I am the only son of my parents, so I have to take the responsibilities of my family, there are three major hurdles in front of me those were I have to write my final year under-graduation examination, get my house constructed and to support my family. First thing I did was I had stopped all the construction work and then I could not attend one of my final year examination and I eventually cleared it in the supplementary exam and got my degree, and my father had discharged from the hospital after one and half month and then again I started to reconstruct my house during this period I had got the opportunity to interact with different kinds of people and also learned the negotiation skills to get my work done and then I decided to post pone my MBA studies because of my family financial condition to overcome this I had joined as a partner in my friends business after completing his under-graduation is he had started four pharmaceutical stores and a wholesale pharmaceutical business and I had to manage two of the pharmaceutical stores this helped me to support my family financially. After an year my father started walking with the help of a stick and started going to his office. Now I again started my MBA preparation and cleared my MBA entrance exam and finally fulfilled by joining top 20 B-Schools in the country. Currently I am pursuing my PGDM from TAPMI which is one of the top 20 B-Schools in the country.
