th, I had to study in hospital during exams as my father was admitted for 15 days. I had to plan with mother about my schedule and concentrate on studies. I got good 90% marks in 10
th and I was able to take science stream in prestigious college of the town. Because of small house, I had to study in library and to adjust time table. I topped the college in engineering entrance exam in class 12. With 99.99 percentile, I was able to take admission in Number 1 state government engineering college. During graduation, I used to do part time multi-level marketing for additional income support. I became first person to do graduation in my family and close relatives. Thereafter, in my 4.5 years stint with TATA MOTORS as Customer Support Manager, I was able to achieve higher revenues, customer satisfaction levels and was rewarded for same. There I got opportunity to work with different departments like Quality, ERC and Sales team to ensure quality support for customer requirements. Because of customer centricity, I got opportunity to work on important customers like RIVIGO, DHL, NYK, BEST and MMRDA. I learned the art of 24*7 customer support and team building for delegation of work. Whenever situations were difficult, I could handle it with customer centricity, patience and alignment with company vision.
