Aditya Birla group is one of the few selected business conglomerates in the country with which all Its customers and shareholders of the company can be proud of as it represents India in the global corporate world. Starting its operations in 1860 Aditya Birla group is now present in about 35 plus countries and together has more number of employees than multinational companies such as Apple, Johnson & Johnson or Airbus. Aditya Birla group is present in such a large spectrum of business verticals that the companies presence is felt in all our day to day activities and needs. I have experienced the quality and standards of the ABG group in many stages of my life. From the Idea sim card that I use and the house that I am staying in which is made of ultra tech cement. Because Aditya Birla fashion & retail sells 2 garments outfits every second its almost needless to say that more than 50 % of my wardrobe is filled with ABG fashion brands such as Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Peter England, etc. Birla Carbon would have facilitated my car manufacturer in manufacturing robots and strong tires. Every time I drink a coke or Pepsi can majority of them would have been made by Novelis aluminium which Is a Flagship ship company of the Aditya Birla group. It gives immense pride for me thinking about the fact that more than 30% of my stock market portfolio is present in Vodafone idea which is an Aditya Birla group company which also happens to be the largest telecommunication network in India and third largest telecommunications network in the world.
How do you deal with challenges?
Since Childhood, I have been dreaming of achieving a high profile and quality Education. But I used to face the challenge of not getting a good quality of education because of my father’s frequent transfers. I could not get command over language as each location is different and co-students are of different language speaking people.
I used to work hard to get along with new students, their culture, coping with communication skills, languages. In some places classmates used to be very fluent in English, in some places in Hindi. As they were all at one place for a long-time their mutual bonding was good and joyous whereas being a new person I used to face loneliness but with sheer and grit perseverance I used to come out of those situations and mix up with other students.
I joined Graduation in Electrical Engineering without much analysis about my interests, aptitude and suddenly found that Electrical Engineering is not my cup of tea and my interest lies in Management.
I slowly started studying about the stock market, collecting information about Management colleges, their admission Procedures.so within 2 years of me passing out from my engineering college now I am acquainted with a decent amount of knowledge in stock markets and I have enrolled in a prestigious MBA institute.
