Aditya Birla group is one of the prominent and traditional group company in India founded by Seth Shiv Narayan Birla in 1857. It is the third-largest Indian private sector conglomerate behind the Tata group. It has launched numerous products in 20 countries all around the world. Its product has always been part of everyone's life. The main aim of the company is to satisfy the customer needs with the utmost quality. They set a benchmark footprint in the fashion sector by many brands like Louis Philippe, Vanheusen, Allen Solly, Linen Club, Pantaloons, etc. Adding to that, they have a product line in the food and cement industry.
Aditya Birla product has always played a part in my life. Louis Philippe, a Mathura fashion product always been my first preference in clothing. The story of my preference for Louis Philippe begins way before my college days. During college, I used to swap my brands often. Some may fit, some might not.
My father, a loyal Louis Philippe customer urged me to try it. But once when I tried it, I was totally shellshocked because of the comfort offered by it. From that instance, it became my first choice of preference in clothing. This is not the end of my admiration for Aditya’s product. The quality of Aditya Birla's cement is known by the entire country, hence it cannot be expressed in words. Inconclusion, any product of Aditya Birla Group has always been a part of every people in India.
During my childhood, I was significantly overweight, the behavior and my physical appearance lead me to miss out on many opportunities and I started learning dances, listening songs all on my own, and became a self- motivated. I started practicing alone and imagining myself playing in front of a huge crowd and started working out and lost 15 kgs of weight in six months. It was not an easy process because it needs a lot of discipline, patience, and sacrifice. The discipline is meant to the restricted amount of food intake. Patience is meant to the time period of transformation. Sacrifice is for the refusal of my favorite junk foods. My fear of public exposure vanished like raindrops on a hot iron. I can now confidently face people without any fear. My communication skills were hampered and knew it would create a checkmate in my aim to be a good manager in the future. I started participating in group discussion classes to overcome and later my fears have dissipated and freely express my opinion without anxiety that I would face as a kid.
The most important lesson, I learned from this is that the only help a person can get is from oneself. Nobody else can give the push to improve yourself. The changes that I brought in myself are my own and thank my past self to have such inspiration and make me who I am today.
