THE UNKNOWN SUPPORT IN LIFE

           When we think about big organizations, one thing always comes to mind, what did hey do to make it this big. Talking about this big organization, one such is ADITYA BIRLA GROUP. It is an Indian multinational conglomerate, with head Quarter in one of the richest city of India, Mumbai. It is spread in 35 countries with more than 1,20,000 employees working with them worldwide.             The group was founded by Seth Shiv Narayan Birla, G.D. Birla, Sumant Sinha,  Ghanshyam Das Birla in 1857. The current working chairman is Kumar Mangalam Birla. Over 50 percent of the groups revenue comes from its overseas projects. The Aditya Birla Group operates in sectors such as metals, cement, carbon black, speciality chemicals, viscose staple fibre, textiles, telecom, financial services, branded apparel, power and trading. Its revenue in 2018 was $44.30 billion USD.             There are many companies established by the group namely, Hindalco, Birla sun life- insurance company, Pantaloons, Birla carbon, Ultratech cement, idea cellular Ltd which recently merged with Vodafone and formed as Vodafone idea telecom company. A large share of the copper requirement of Indian Railways is fulfilled by Birla Copper. Hindalco aluminium is used to make cover glass for smartphones. In 2011, we opened the doors of our schools to the student tribal population at Doraguda, enabling access to a bigger and brighter future.             Being the Multinational conglomerate, it has dedicated its works for the welfare of society.

MAKE IT TILL YOU BREAK IT

        Everyone dreams of achieving things in life. some may want to achieve a good position in company, some may want to start their own business and make it successful, some may just want to earn good enough salary to settle down and leave a peaceful life. So do I dreamt about working with the big organizations of world on global scale, after completing my graduation in the year 2014.         Following the dreams, is one of the most easy as well as the toughest thing to do in the 21^st century. You can choose what you want to do but you will find yourself in a ponderously competitive world.  Working with the big organizations means having a intellectual mind with the great skill set. If you want to work with the greatest mind in the world, you need to have one also. So I had to plan my career accordingly and set the realistic short goals, to reach the larger one. Which included learning and developing a personality to influence people, which was basically spending the two crucial years of life passing through IIMs, so that my personality converts from being naive into the professionals. So I started preparing for CAT exam (Common admission test). CAT 2015 was my first attempt of CAT, the result was not positive. I blamed myself for not working hard enough to crack the exam, as I took it very lightly. Then during the next attempt I decide to join the coaching center which will help me in my studies along with my job running in parallel. Still the result was negative. This is the situation where a person starts doubting his caliber after attempting twice in a row and failing vigorously. Your mind fills up with all the negative things, that you are not meant for it, you are not as smart as other people are, your will led a mediocre life (well there is nothing wrong in living one, but it was not how I wanted to leave). It was a sudden downturn in my life. More over to this, I even faced the medical condition of psychology, which broke me completely. So I decided to give up following my dream and to have a normal life, normal job.             But I was not happy with the decision I made earlier, and then I came across one of my ideals and he showed and proved me that, if you want something ambitiously and passionately, you do anything you can to achieve it. I gathered my self and started working on competitive exam, working day and night with job running parallel, attempting again in CAT 2017 and again in CAT 2018, Finally cracking the exam, receiving the interview calls and cracking those too to receive the offer letters with the lines starting as CONGRATUATIONS, YOU HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR………..                         THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS TO SUCCESS…
