The connection that I feel with the group is deep. It’s because of the brands that lies under it, they define me. The casual days when I walk out in

Yes, it’s more than this. The
Peter England shirt to dad to the ethnic wear of
Liva to my mom from my first salary is still close to my heart.
The group also connects me in terms of values as leader of the group
Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla states that :
“If living by our values means, perhaps growing at a pace slower than we would otherwise have liked, so be it.” And it is in the League of Fortune 500.
It makes me remind of the foundation of values and beliefs that my parents have laid in me.
How is the strength of these values, the question lies here ?
It’s the same as the strength provided by
Ultra Tech Cement in the pillars and foundation of the buildings.
The group believes that facilitating inclusive growth is their responsibility and so they are deeply concerned with the society. Their community work focuses on health care, education, girl baby, sustainable living, women empowerment initiatives, infrastructure, and social reform sponsorship.
The above thought and work of group makes me strongly believe in them with heart.
Life is not
simple…Actually it would not be interesting if it would be ?
It teaches you a lot, each and every situation comes with a purpose and that is too difficult to understand at that particular moment. You need motivation to go on when there is not a single thing that can motivate you. You have to believe in yourself in the situation that you never thought of would come to you.
So many negative thoughts and learning in one paragraph?
The situation was tough for me. I had left the job to properly prepare and focus for the CAT examination as there was just two and half months to go for it. But life has surprises for you in its mysterious bag, it always has more hurdles than we can think of. My mom was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease the very next day of my resignation. She was not able to get up from bed, hold a glass and with this it was 25 tablets for a day to be taken. I had to miss my mock tests and classes to take care of her. This made me learn the first lesson of management prior to joining of my college- Time Management. I had made my mind and managed a time table for this but it was not over here.

My elder sister then met with an accident and underwent a surgery. She was recommended three months bed rest by doctor. Now it became more complex for me to manage. But the strength lies in your thoughts. Family always motivated, supported and helped me in getting this and I managed my CAT with a good score and landed up in a premier B-school.
Lesson : It’s always easy to talk when you are outside the circle of difficulties and just playing the role of an advisor but when you are in the game as a player… It needs courage, courage and courage to keep going !!! I am now a more confident traveler who can walk the bumpy roads of life.
