PART A: Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?
With time ABG has evolved in every sphere being it cement, textile, telecom, financial and my all time favourite fashion apparels. Fashion industry is dominated by premium brands like Louis Phillipe, Allen Solley, Van Heusen, Pentaloons, Hackett, liva etc which comes under ABG. My favourite being Louis Phillipe and Allen Solly because of the quality and designs that they present is commendable. Apart from that with time customers have developed a strong bond of association and trust with these brands of ABG. It has earned such a prestige in market that brands associated with it are considered as valuable as customers highly trust this name of ABG.
Part B: How I overcame challenges to achieve my ambition in life so far?
Well I believe that challenges do come in only those way who have the capacity to overcome them. Since my childhood I am very ambitious and wanna live my life in the way I want to. I have taken some harsh decisions and believed that no decision is right or wrong, only we make them right/wrong. Leaving job after twenty months to do mba was a big risk but i managed to get very good percentile with proper planning and hardwork. While in job managing time to prepare and after leaving job having patience to believe yourself ignoring society taunts is the key I think I achieved success. Being in reputed Bschool also you need to be adaptable to culture and well aware of surroundings to adjust in that. Recently I had to go to very remote place for two months where it was very difficult to survive. But being adaptable to your surrounding and focusing my aims helped me to achieve what all I wanted in my life.
