Part A: Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?
Aditya Birla Group is one of the leading companies in India and the group was founded by Seth Shiv Narayan Birla in 1857 and have played an important role on every life of an Indian.
The group has interests in viscose staple fiber, metals, cement (largest in India), viscose filament yarn, branded apparel, carbon black, chemicals, fertilizers, insulators, financial services, telecom, BPO and IT services.
It is so big that it is spread across 35 countries with more than 120,000 employees worldwide with a revenue of approximately US$44.3 billion in year 2018. However, Aditya Birla Group is not only into profit making but also towards sustainable development of the weaker sections of the society.

Part B: How I overcame challenges to achieve my ambitions
On March 2015 1 week before my 12th exam I was suffering with typhoid and hospitalized I don’t what to do as my exam is approaching and I’m not in a condition to prepare for my exam.
4 days after I got discharged from the hospital my parents told me to not to go and give the exam but instead rest at home since I just got discharged from the hospital and as I’m still very week but I decided to not give up easily but still go on and give my exam no matter how week I’m but still give my level best in the all my papers. I was not so satisfied with my paper how it went okay considering the fact I was just discharged from the hospital I was still happy in whatever ways my exam went.
After two months my results came out and with God grace, I passed out at least but not with so good mark. As in this generation you need to get extremely good marks to get into a good college but somehow, I manage to get a college in Kolkata to complete my degree during my degree I decided to go for coaching and do well in my CAT entrance exam to at least get into a good master college, I somehow be able to crack the CAT entrance exam and be able to get into IIM Kashipur for my master degree
Through my story, this show that I have the ability to fight back and never give up attitude in me that no matter what happens I will fight and never give up till I achieve what I want.
