Team work triumphs:
As Mr.
Kumar Mangalam Birla rightly said “The one important factor that keeps me going is the kind of people I work with” and this is what has been driving me at my undergrad and even now at my b-school. The people around us are the ones who influence and shape our lives. My peers have been the important part of my life. Setting a goal is extremely important without which the life becomes aimless. Back then during my undergrad, my fellow batch mates and seniors who interacted and worked with me in various platforms helped me to find the right path and helped me to create a goal in life. My first goal after undergrad was to join a B-school. I found my interest towards management when I worked for various forums and comities with my undergrad college mates. The kind of interactions that we had and the lessons that I learnt in the process helped me find my interests and has shaped my life to what it is today. I strongly believe that the peer learning that I am getting exposed to, in my B-School will definitely propel me to the next level and will help me to excel and achieve in my career.
