How you overcame challenges to achieve your ambitions in life so far?

Life is all about taking risks.You never know whats in store for you next.One of the major challenges rather than risk for me was to quit my 6 digit salary paying job to pursue an MBA.When I received my admission letter for NMIMS,Bangalore It was a very tough decision for me, since I had to step out of my comfort zone,leave Pune(The place where I was born and brought up for the past 24 years) and move to a completely new city,Bengaluru.
To add to this my relatives thought its better to marry me off rather than pursuing a post graduation since according to them i was already well settled and did not require an MBA degree for marriage.They had almost brain washed my parents about this.However I was determined and knew that an MBA for me was now or never.I had to stand up against them for my dreams and aspirations.After endless suggestions,advises,arguments I finally managed to convince my parents.They were also apprehensive at first and burdened by peer pressure but eventually they gave in.
Today here I stand pursuing my 2nd year of PGDM in Analytics.The first year of MBA has been a roller coster ride for me giving me varied exposure not only technically but also in people management skills.It gave me opportunities to intern with big brands like Bosch and also to network with Corporates throughout the Guest Lectures and Conclaves.It has definitely made me a better version of myself.I can surely say it was one of my best decisions ever.
