One of its presences in Fashion Industry is Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL), some of its fashion brands are Pantaloons, People, Planet Fashion, Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, and Forever 21. I think this is the part in my life where Aditya Birla hits the most. I am a total shopaholic and ABG has made my shopping easy especially in the area of formal clothing. The brands like Van heusen and Allen Solly has a huge and great collection of clothes. The store like Pantaloons which deals with all round fashion has been of a much need. With all fashion products under one roof, it really becomes very easy to get everything at once and that too at a good price.
Part B
When I look upon my journey so far, there are many challenges or problems, be it small or big. But as we know every good and bad experience teaches us something or the other. The one which I can say has taught me to overcome my hard times was after my college life. Everyone dreams to be placed in a good company in college placements. I didn’t get that opportunity to be placed from my college as there were limited companies and my grades were not sufficient for the placements. This was a hard time for me as I had to develop my personality and also my knowledge to get a good job of my interest. I started talking to many people and learning from them regarding job opportunities and how to get through. My brother played a key role during this situation, as he always guided me on the direction to chose and always supported me. I was trying very hard to get contacts for job vacancies and interviews. During that time, there were no online platforms like Naukri, Indeed etc. to get daily job updates and vacancies. I also tried giving my resume to each and every person I knew who was related to some or the other organisations. Every day I used to leave early in the morning for job hunt and return late at night with disappointment. I almost tried to give up my search, but somehow I had the confidence from within that I am capable of getting a well deserved job. I kept trying for this and the day came when my resume was finally shortlist by one of the big MNCs and I was able to get through the interview. Now I am well aware of my capabilities and also know that if we keep trying, we always get what we want. The idea is just not to give up and keep following your goals.
