Well yes, this is something I quote, believe but this is also something Aditya Birla Group not only follows but has proved time and again since its inception in 1857 by Seth Shiv Narayan Birla and today is one of the leading Conglomerate in the world and the diversity incorporated by ABG is impeccable. But was this a sudden realization? No, being a keen observer of things around me and over the period, I have realized that the world around me revolved in two dimensions, one occupied by ABG group and rest by other things. Yes! It’s huge, the impact ABG products have on us, and we fail to realize it as they span in every sector of industry possible and is this what makes ABG group so great? Well not for me but then I go deep into the research, and I find their work in the social sector and I can speak of no more but to say one thing ABG is truly the King of not only the business world but of our hearts as well. Apart from ruling the business in 14 different sectors across 20 different countries which is vast, it has taken initiatives to change the life of a common man that has created a massive impact across India with CSR initiatives worth 200 crores. These initiatives include empowering women, adopting villages, providing education to orphans and list goes on and then we arrive at the conclusion that it is correct as Mrs. Birla said and I quote “The philosophy of giving and caring is in the DNA of the Birla family.” And there was a time in my life that Aditya Birla saved my life when I met serious accident in Pune and in very critical condition and no other hospital was open but Aditya Birla Hospital in Pimpri Chinchwad on New Year’s Day. That changed my perception about ABG and it has done it so for millions helping them out. Now it isn’t surprising that why we love and respect ABG group. They are transforming business, leading markets, and using their growth to benefit society and bring about a change in the life of millions, privileged and unprivileged. This leaves me with no word other than “RESPECT” to state my feelings for ABG. It is not only a privilege but a dream to work for ABG and their hunt for future leader from young crop of management enthusiasts across B-Schools only affirms the fact that ABG team is visionary and I would like to be part of ABG family so that I can lead the change for a better world tomorrow along with Aditya Birla Group by being an integral part of their impressive vision(To be a premium global conglomerate with a clear focus on each of the businesses) and noble mission(To deliver superior value to our customers, shareholders, employees and society at large). So, I would like to conclude this part of the passage with a quote:

  Sometimes the truth is your biggest lie, and a lie is your most significant opportunity. Stepping out of college with a dream to excel in every aspect of life seemed to be no less than a fairy tale as the reality of the world we live in, and luxury of growing up under the care of our parents and teachers are the complete opposite. I was clueless where to go ahead and what path to choose but was determined to find a way and be the best in it. With 15 months in the job, I decided to exit and search something meaningful rather than working without an aim in mind. But your story never follows the script you wish to write for yourself and so was the case with me as business losses, and financial burden on the family again put me in the same dark age of desk job. But this time around, I decided not to sit back and find my path, which led me to explore myself and my interest. I welcomed every opportunity that was present to me in my professional life and outside it, which also led me to try my venture, which was a failure. Time was running out and path seemed to be lost for me, but I didn’t give up hope. My performances in my organization helped me to fetch a solutioning role, and that was a significant turning point in my life. Getting an opportunity to lead and interact with client and helping them save millions of dollars through my solutions made me realize my potentials and I no longer wished to remain lagging in lower hierarchy and aspired to fast track into role that will be more challenging, exciting and help me push myself beyond limits and truly excel in my profession. So, my mission to join one of most prestigious institutes of the country began, and it was a very gruesome year with increasing responsibilities in the office, juggling between my hobbies and youtube channel and still taking time out to study for exams. But all my efforts paid off when I got a call for IIM V – The rising Sun in the field of education and already making a significant impact across the country. The first part of the journey has begun, and I wish to carry forward this journey to another level by being a part of the Aditya Birla Group. Being in IIM V I have realized the value of excellence, and I wish to take it forward to ABG.
