It’s not always the big things, it’s the small things that make our life meaningful. Aditya Birla Group is one such group that has made life better with its broad product line all over the world. We use ABG products in our day to day life without being aware. My story has many little things that I can speak about the Aditya Birla Group. Back in 2008, I joined a residential school in a rural area, which is around 50 km far from my hometown. It’s the first time I was away from my home. I was nervous because there wouldn’t be any day to day communication with parents other than holidays. We had only two mobile phones for around 120 students in the school for communication with parents. Even it was in a rural area, we had good signal strength as the school management used Idea cellular network. Thus, the “emotional connect.”
I have good taste in the selection of clothing and is a mandatory person to be there for apparel selection for friends in my close circle. It would take hours at times because I was never satisfied with looking in a single shop. Once my friend suggested to visit Pantaloons, it changed my shopping experience. I have been going over there ever since due to its wide range of collection, and it’s trendy designs.
When we were constructing our house, we went to various retailers and distributors for selection of cement. They said that Ultra tech cement is the most reliable cement in the industry.
I used to be a lazy and unorganized person and completed my under graduation in one of the most reputed colleges in India. Due to a lack of interest in my domain, I couldn’t land n a job and was idle for a year. I faced a lot of criticism for being idle at home from my neighbors, relatives, and at times, my parents too. I finally landed a job in my domain area with a low salary package. I wasn’t satisfied with my job, so I decided to write CAT and me after clearing my CAT, I prepared for my MBA interviews on one hand while managing my job-related work on the other side. I joined IIM RANCHI with my perseverance and commitment towards reaching my goal.
