                                                                                                                                            A. Why Aditya Birla Group is Big in your life? Aditya Birla Group is a household name because of the fact that all its products are some way or the other being used by common man. The tagline "Big In Your Life" is justified beautifully by the variety as well as the quality of products and services provided at reasonable prices and that people of different age groups, demographics and regions have access to them. Since I am doing my MBA, I require to have three separate set of clothes:- One for College placement and guest lecture related formal wear; Another set of semi formal wear consisting of T Shirts and Jeans for wearing to college and normal activities; and finally some party wear since MBA life has so many parties!! For all the different occasions- I personally look for Van Heusen, Peter England and Allen Solly whenever I look for clothes  and I have never been dissapointed. Right from the ambience in the stores to how the quality of after sales service is, they contribute to my repeated purchase from there.  Since I live in a flat now, I have to do everything myself- Right from doing my own chores to preparing my own tiffin. And for keeping my rotis or other food items warm, I always require aluminium foil to wrap them . Freshwapp is a brand synonymous with aluminium foils and I don''t have to look anything beyond this brand. This is big for me since fresh and tasty food is very important for me and I am a foodie and it helps me being healthy I was born and brought up in Mumbai, and when I heard that Bandra Worli Sealink has been finished constructing, I really wanted to see it. And when I saw it, I was both astonished by the enormity of the structure and was proud of the fact that India can also boast of such an engineering marvel. When I came to know that 1 lakh mt of Ultratech Cement was used, I knew what BIG meant in that tagline- Quantity with Quality. When we built our new house in Delhi, it had comprised of UltraTech Cement. I love travelling by trains. Most trains in India utilise safe insulators so as to have an effective distribution of electric power  and Grasim is the  largest global manufacturers in India, which helps in establishing the same. My first mobile was Corby and first mobile connection was Vodafone Idea Limited, which to this day functions properly. It is Big for me as It helps me connect to my relatives and friends despite living very far. Also Hindalco Aluminium constructs cover glass for smartphones and I came to know for my phone also they construct the same. I have a More outlet near my flat and that simplified my life as I could buy all my essential and non essential items from  there. BIG had a significant connotation there- Large amount of variety and quality combined and I always received a smile from employees there when I came out of the store. Installation of Bio-gas plant, schools, constructed hospitals etc has made ABG Big since it contributes to the national development on a large scale.                                                                                                  Part B:                                                    How I overcame challenges to achieve my ambitions in life "Sometimes hardest choices requires the strongest Will" is a line used by Thanos when confronted with why he was pursuing  evil ambitions which he considered to be noble. In our life, I feel the hardest choices to make is about what our career prospects are and based on that set what truly our ambitions are. Roadblocks like failures, newer or lucrative opportunities and other distractions could halt our progress or so it seems. But these are the steps on the ladder which if we step on helps us to achieve the ambitions, and the most important component here is we have the required will to do the same.  In my case, I had very high ambitions of clearing IIT. This is because I wanted to be a entrepreneur in tech field and first step was to have an engineering background after which I wanted to do a MBA . Although JEE mains was as important as JEE Advanced, I focused only on IIT aspect, which was  in JEE advanced. I gave it all, but couldn't get any results as I even couldn't get proper board results and also didn't perform well in JEE Advanced. Thinking that I could improve my performance, I decided to drop and give IIT again. I prepared for IIT with full dedication, but I again couldnt perform well as I could not even qualify for IIT. Somewhere I felt that my preparation was not good enough and I could have worked harder. I got through IPU CET and studied in a college I did not dream about studying, but I got a lot of life lessons. After that, I rectified my mistakes, biggest being now able to adhere to a fixed time table, gave MBA exams and got through NMIMS and got a chance to study in NMIMS Bangalore. While Giving MBA exams, I couldnt do well in CAT and was in the waiting list of IIFT after which I got rejected. Thus in all these failures, I got to learn one thing that will stay with me for years to come: perseverance- to overcome anything in Life. I got the opportunity to undertake an internship in Britannia, an esteemed FMCG company and it helped me to grow in confidence and I know I will achieve my ambitions eventually of being an entrepreneur as I know how to handle failures and at the same time look for perfection and take risks. Through this journey, I always remembered my Father's one line-There is no alternative to hardwork and no better teacher than Life. So keep living and continue loving!
